                               RESOLUTION NO. 19626
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF CERTAIN STREETS IN THE DOWNTOWN
                   AREA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, ON
                   FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23, 1992 FOR THE
                   PRESENTATION OF "THE KRYSTAL COMPANY'S 60TH
                   ANNIVERSARY" UNDER THE SPONSORSHIP OF
                   FLEISHMAN HILLARD, INC., UNDER CERTAIN
                   CONDITIONS.
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closing of the northbound curb lane on the west side of 

       Cherry Street between 8th Street and 7th Street, the westbound
       curb lane on the south side of 7th Street between Walnut Street
       and Market Street on Friday, October 23, 1992 from 1:00 p.m. to
       2:00 p.m. for the presentation of "The Krystal Company's 60th
       Anniversary" under the sponsorship of Fleishman Hillard, Inc.,
       provided that the sponsor shall set out and pick up all flasher
       barricades, traffic cones and traffic control signs in accordance 

       with the traffic control plan attached hereto and shall provide 
at
       all times an access lane for emergency vehicles.
